The company “EZ Auction” and its employees, agents and representatives shall not be liable for any damage to merchandise, pallets, vehicles or any other transport mechanisms that may occur during the loading process while the merchandise is in our possession.
Once the merchandise leaves our possession—from the point of loading until you or your personnel unload the goods—you assume full responsibility and the company disclaims any liability for damage occurring during or after unloading by you or your team.
- You may choose to perform loading yourself without assistance or equipment from the company. In such cases, you remain fully responsible for any damage to merchandise, pallets, or vehicles, and any damaged items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
These terms govern the entire loading/unloading transaction, from initial loading at origin through completion of unloading at destination. Continued use of this website and our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
